1. How do I purchase an artwork?

​Every piece is an original and unique artwork. If you wish to acquire a specific piece, please click "Inquire" below the artwork or send me a direct message with the title of the work. I will get back to you personally to discuss the details.

​2. How does payment work?

​Once you place an inquiry, you will receive an invoice. Payment can be securely made via bank transfer (or via other secure methods like Wise or PayPal upon agreement).

​3. How are the artworks packaged and shipped?

​All artworks are meticulously and securely packaged flat between sturdy, acid-free art boards to completely prevent any bending or damage to the delicate papers. Shipping is handled reliably through Correos de México.

​4. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

​Because each artwork has a unique format and weight, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, I calculate shipping fees individually for each order to ensure you receive the fairest rate.

​International Standard Shipping (Correos de México): Typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination (Europe, USA, etc.).

​Alternative: If you prefer an expedited or private courier service (such as DHL Express or FedEx), please let me know, this is available at an additional cost.

​5. Who is responsible for customs and import duties?

​Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's regulations beforehand.

​Since these are original artworks, returns are generally not accepted. However, if a piece has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging so we can find a solution.
